Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $23.80/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)

General Job Description:

• Unload product & empty returnables from trucks

• Load trucks with product and empty returnables

• Ability to meet shipment window times

• Verify correct product is loaded on truck in the proper sequence

• Complete shipping paperwork with drivers

• Notify leader tech or supervisor with any concerns when loading shipments

• Must be able to operate lift truck in a safe manner

• Lead and maintain 5S condition in the warehouse

• Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company quality policy, goals, objectives and your role in TG Minto’s success. Follow work instructions.

• All of the above duties must be performed within Health and Safety guidelines

• Other duties as requested

Qualifications

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Must have an excellent attendance record
• Must be able to work overtime when required
• Must have strong performance in current role
• Demonstrated ability to follow all policies and procedures
• Experience an asset, but not required
• Require a current lift truck license
• No lift truck infractions
