- Familiarity with customer tools – experience using Zendesk, Custify, Planhat, Velaris, or HubSpot is a plus
- Language skills – business fluency in English and Spanish
What the job involves
- At CloudTalk, our Account Managers are the driving force behind client retention and portfolio expansion
- In this role, your primary focus will be maximizing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through strategic renewals, upselling, and relationship building
- You will serve as the vital link between our users and our internal teams, guaranteeing that clients extract maximum ROI from our platform while directly contributing to CloudTalk's overarching business growth
- To succeed, you will need to dive deep into your clients' unique operational challenges across a wide range of industries
- By positioning yourself as a trusted advisor, you will map client objectives to tailored CloudTalk solutions
- Drive Account Expansion: Identify organic growth opportunities, boost platform adoption, and introduce premium add-ons to your existing portfolio
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the ultimate advocate for your clients internally, while successfully representing CloudTalk's vision and value proposition to your accounts
- Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with our Product, Support, and Customer Engineering teams to ensure a seamless client journey
- Forge Executive Ties: Cultivate resilient, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels of a client's organization
