🌐 We're Hiring: Senior Manager, Community Engagement 📍 Canada 🕒 Full Time | Remote

We're looking for an inspiring and people-focused Senior Manager, Community Engagement (internal title Senior Manager, Network Engagement) to join our Networks team and help shape the future of engagement across YPO's global community of more than 38,000 chief executives and business leaders.

This role will lead a high-performing team of Network Engagement Managers who drive member activation, connection, and engagement across YPO's Business, Personal, Family, and Impact Networks.

🎯 What You'll Own

  • Lead, coach, and develop a global team of 8+ Network Engagement Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth
  • Drive engagement strategies that strengthen member participation and deepen connections across YPO Networks
  • Partner with Network Directors, Council leaders, Marketing & Communications, Learning, Forum, Global Events, and Data & Insights teams to enhance the member experience
  • Serve as a key advisor and escalation point for network engagement best practices, policies, and operational excellence
  • Champion innovative approaches to community-building, member activation, and cross-network collaboration
  • Develop scalable processes, tools, and resources that support engagement efforts across the Networks ecosystem
  • Lead strategic initiatives that align with departmental and organizational priorities while continuously improving operational effectiveness
  • Elevate storytelling and communications efforts that showcase the value and impact of YPO Networks

✨ What You Bring

  • 3+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Strong coaching, talent development, and performance management experience
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data, identify trends, and recommend actionable next steps
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance strategy, execution, and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Publicate, or similar platforms
