Company Description PatientPartners is a digital marketing agency built exclusively for physiotherapy and wellness clinics, helping owners fill caseloads and grow sustainably through Google Ads, local SEO, web design, and social media.
Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Contractor Compensation: $30–40/hour
About the Role We're looking for an SEO Specialist who can own the full SEO lifecycle for our clients, from keyword research and Google Business Profile optimization to content strategy and website management.
You'll work across multiple client websites, drive measurable growth in organic search and Google Business Profile performance, and operate independently within our established SOP framework. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and genuinely enjoy the mix of strategic SEO work and hands-on website management, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
SEO Conduct keyword research to guide content and optimization strategy Set up and manage analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager Optimize on-page content across service pages, location pages, and more (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking) Run technical SEO audits and implement fixes Build and maintain content calendars Collaborate with our content writer to produce blog posts Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles Build citations and directory listings using industry tools Report on SEO performance—track rankings, traffic, and GBP trends, and turn the data into clear recommendations
Website Management Update client websites with new services, team member additions, pricing changes, links, and other content Maintain WordPress core updates and plugins Work confidently in WordPress page builders like Elementor or Kadence
Project Management Manage tasks and assignments in Asana Keep all tasks current and accurately reflecting work status
What Success Looks Like Consistent, measurable growth in client SEO performance (both website and GBP) Opportunities for improvement are proactively identified and delivered No dropped balls, no missed details You operate independently within our SOP framework—and suggest improvements when you see them
You Likely Have 3-4 years of SEO experience Strong understanding of local SEO Experience managing work across multiple websites simultaneously Solid command of analytics platforms and SEO tools Ability to manage your time independently High attention to detail
