Job Description
Are you an experienced sales professional ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for driven performers who want to combine their sales success with a meaningful, long-term career in the life insurance sector.
We’ll provide full LLQP licensing, industry-leading training, and a platform where your discipline, resilience, and drive translate directly into results.!

What You’ll Do:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with warm leads.
- Translate complex product details into clear, tailored solutions for clients.
- Build strong client relationships through consultative selling.
- Meet and exceed activity and sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance standards are met.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A track record of success in B2C or regulated sales, with evidence of quota attainment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills over the phone.
- Resilience and activity discipline in a competitive sales environment.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to master a new product line.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to obtain an LLQP license (with fully paid training and support).
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- No life insurance sales experience required!
- Proven experience Customer service or sales will set you up for success
