We are seeking a Warehouse Expeditor to join our team. Please note that this position is based in Labrador West and the work schedule may require candidates to work a 7-days on/7-days off (12-hour rotation. This position is not eligible for Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) arrangements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Order parts to support break down work
- Verify and ensure parts are in the warehouse
- Create credit requisitions if parts are not used after PM work and ensure parts are returned to inventory in proper locations for future use
- Work on kitting full kits to stay ahead of planned PM work and support the planners on the required parts
- Follow up with procurement on long lead items
- Perform and execute all other duties assigned by direct leadership
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year production and inventory control experience
- Ability to work with an ERP system (Ellipse)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvement
- Teamwork skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to establish strong working relationships with all stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Math and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software, inventory management tools and accounting applications.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, preferred.

Driver's License (Required)
