About the role

The SAP team at Lockheed Martin is looking for a co-op student to join the team supporting the SAP solution in Canada. This opportunity will provide hands on experience in supporting the enterprise application including performing configuration activities as required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide first level support for SAP users reporting issues with the SAP system
  • Perform unit testing of solutions for business sign off and alignment to the requirements
  • Collaborate with the SAP IT team with new functionality and support required configuration changes
  • Document procedures, FAQs, and technical issues to support process improvement.

What you bring to the role

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Computer Science, information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong interest in enterprise applications and IT operations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.

Additional skills desired for the role

  • Prior experience either using or supporting an SAP systems would be an asset
  • Understanding of business processes related to finance, procurement, and production
  • Experience with ITIL processes and ticket management solutions to track and manage requests.
