As a Project Control Manager working in the Major Projects team at Pomerleau Construction, you will play an integral role in organizing and supervising project control activities on our major projects. Working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects - ranging from $1.5 to upwards of $1billion, you will be the subject matter expert as it relates to content management, cost control, risk and project schedules.
What you will do :

Organization and Animation of the Project Control Team:

Definition and monitoring of individual objectives: planning, management, and retention of resources;

Prepare the project dashboard and ensure the monitoring of performance indicators – cost, schedule, earned value, among others;
-
Support the project management in the contractual management of the main contract as well as in change management;
-
Implement appropriate tracking tools between cost control and scheduling for monitoring progress and earned value;

Risks: Facilitate the animation and continuous improvement of the risk management process, including organizing review meetings, tracking action plans, and communicating major risks;

Organization, updating, and monitoring of contractual deliverables;

Track the production of mandatory registers and reports.
This role could be for you if you have :
- Engineering or University Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field:
- 12 years of experience in project control within the construction industry;
- Good adaptability to IT tools – Knowledge of P6, SAP, and InEight would be an asset;
- Rigorous and organizational skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Communication and project management skills.
