About the role

LeverageTek Staffing Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team!

Your daily responsibilities include sourcing, qualifying, validating (screening) and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates to the Account Executive for a diverse range of roles across all business areas and functions.

You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline to help hire and retain skilled candidates for our customers' positions across all industries and business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full cycle recruitment process: sourcing, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, negotiating, presenting candidates to Account Executives, and finalizing commitment to the position
  • Work collaboratively with Account Executives to provide qualified candidates for the customer's position
  • Screen prospective candidates for positions with LeverageTek Staffing Solutions customers, including:
    • Detailed resume reviews
  • Phone / e-mail screening discussions
  • Video and in-person meetings
  • Validate qualifications
  • Network and build relationships within the candidate community across all business sectors
  • Field questions from candidates on the LeverageTek Staffing Solutions delivery process and guide them through the staffing cycle
  • Utilize all internal tools and systems effectively, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of business processes and workflows to ensure accuracy and consistency across all recruitment activities
  • Stay current with evolving internal processes and best practices, ensuring all systems are used to their full potential to support team efficiency and candidate experience
  • Consistently meet and strive to exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including activity targets, time-to-fill metrics, and candidate submission goals
  • Actively participate in team meetings and provide valuable input to strategy sessions
  • From time to time may be called upon to lead internal initiatives / projects
