A well-established manufacturer specializing in metal packaging products is looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join its team in Milton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in ensuring products meet the highest quality standards
Key Resposabilities
Inspect finished products throughout different stages of production using precision measuring instruments and gauges. Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and company standards. Record inspection and testing results accurately. Identify and report non-conforming materials. Assist with quality documentation, product labeling, and laboratory sample testing. Work closely with the Quality Control Manager and Production team to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes. Read and interpret technical drawings, product specifications, and inspection procedures.
Qualitications
Minimum 2 years of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and product specifications. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis is an asset. Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
