Responsibilities Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other online platforms Optimize campaigns to improve lead generation and overall performance Monitor results and make data-driven adjustments Test audiences, creative, and campaign strategies Participate in ongoing training, personal development, and collaborate with a remote professional network
Qualifications 5+ years of digital advertising or performance marketing experience Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational abilities
