About the role
We are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to join a collaborative and well-established mental health community in Quesnel, BC. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist interested in a broad, flexible practice with strong regional support and meaningful interdisciplinary collaboration.
You will work alongside another psychiatrist currently practicing in the community, with close collaboration with University Hospital of Northern British Columbia (UHNBC) in Prince George, the regional tertiary and referring centre.
This position offers a broad scope of practice with flexibility to shape your clinical interests, including:
- Child & Youth psychiatry, with opportunities for visiting services to Prince George
- General adult outpatient psychiatry
- Inpatient psychiatric care
- Emergency psychiatry
- Virtual care services
- Opportunity to establish a private outpatient clinic
