Responsabilités
- Répondre aux demandes des clients;
- Effectuer des appels de service après-vente;
- Fixer les rendez-vous avec les clients;
- Promouvoir certains produits et services;
- Effectuer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers clients;
- Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.
Exigences
- Bilinguisme français – anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit, de niveau intermédiaire-avancé afin de répondre aux besoin de notre clientèle anglophone et francophone
- Capacité à travailler sous pression;
- Autonome, à l’écoute et organisé;
- Attitude positive, professionnelle et énergique;
- Capacité à travailler sur différents logiciels;
- Expérience dans le service à la clientèle.
