Salary or per Hour Range: $19 CAD per hour (probationary period, 3 months); increases to $20 CAD per hour upon advancement to Trainee

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Consultant to join our team. This role begins with a comprehensive training and assessment period to provide insight into our recruitment model, company objectives, and systems. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in sourcing and qualifying business leads, while learning our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Following successful completion of training, the consultant will advance to a full-time sales role within our recruitment model.

What you will be doing:

  • Learn the industry, company objectives, and niche services provided.
  • Participate in initial training to determine suitability for a recruitment sales role.
  • Source and qualify business leads in line with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Engage in cold calling and outreach to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and business needs.
  • Utilize CRM and Office 365 tools for client management and communication.
  • Conduct market research and outreach to identify potential clients.
  • Work remotely during directed hours with provided equipment and software.

You have:

  • 2+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred but not required).
  • Fearless cold calling ability and persuasive communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, independence, and motivation to succeed.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Office 365; CRM experience preferred but not required.
  • Professional demeanor, interpersonal skills, and integrity handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization.
