MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, Bear Valley Apartments, located in Denver, CO! This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!
Qualifications
Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community! Supervisory/management experience a must! Yardi experience preferred. Team building and effective management skills a must! Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success! Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Compensation and Benefits
$79,000-$81,000 annually Monthly and Performance based incentive bonuses Company profit sharing Accrues 10 days Paid time off per year 10 Paid Holidays and 2 Paid Personal Days per year 48 Hours of Paid Sick Time 401K with employer match Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Spending Account Rental Discounts This position is anticipated to be filled by September 2026 MG Properties is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
