***Note:***This is a full-time position directly reporting to the Donor Relations Mid-Level Manager; pay rate as agreed, based on experience, expertise, and applicable education. Applicant must reside within one hour commute of the Sudbury Addiction Recovery Office (ARO) or the Eastern Ontario Men's Centre (EOMC).
COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, in-residence drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, for adults 18 and older. We currently have 8 centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario that are able to serve up to 197 people who are struggling with substance addiction. We demonstrate God’s love by helping individuals become free from substance addiction and equipping them to live full and meaningful lives.
JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION Our team is looking for a full-time Regional Donor Relations Liaison. The primary responsibility of the Regional Donor Relations Liaison is to is to generate funds by developing meaningful relationships for Teen Challenge Canada (TCC) through donor programs (such as midlevel), outreaches and event support. The Donor Relations Liaison works in collaboration with the development team to plan and execute donor-centric development initiatives in adherence with best practices as established by the National Office.

About Teen Challenge Canada Inc.
Teen Challenge Canada has been serving men and women experiencing addiction, through our 12-month faith-based program, for over 50 years. What started as a coffee house outreach in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, has grown to nine drug and alcohol addiction rehabilitation centres across five provinces.
Through Teen Challenge Canada's yearlong, in-residence, drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, men and women 18 years and older in addiction, are given the time they need to heal. The program offers comprehensive training that helps equip individuals with the tools to maintain their sobriety and return to their families and friends substance-free.
Teen Challenge Canada is one of four Teen Challenge organizations within Canada and part of a network of over 1400 Teen Challenge centres worldwide.
