About the role
Titre / Title : Soutien à la production des applications (Application Production Support)
Lieu / Location : Montréal (centre-ville). Mode hybride : présence au bureau requise 60 % du temps (3 jours par semaine), avec une présence obligatoire le lundi ou le vendredi. / Montreal (Downtown). Hybrid work model: on-site presence required 60% of the time (3 days per week), with mandatory on-site attendance on either Monday or Friday. Durée / Duration : Jusqu'au 15 novembre 2026 – 40 heures par semaine / Until November 15, 2026 – 40 hours per week.
Le candidat doit répondre aux exigences suivantes : Exigences :Posséder au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'Client. Avoir une solide connaissance des éléments techniques suivants : Commandes Unix Scripts Unix Oracle SQL et PL/SQL WebSphere / Tomcat AutoSys MQ / CFT / EFT Serveurs Windows Maîtrise de l'anglais obligatoire. Le français est considéré comme un atout. Atouts :Kubernetes (un atout) Dynatrace (un atout) Autres informations :L'horaire est établi selon une rotation de quatre quarts de travail : matin, régulier, soir et fin de journée (EOD). Le quart du matin débute à 8 h. Le quart de fin de journée (EOD) se termine vers 21 h.

Must have 5+ years of experience as an Client Must have strong knowledge in all of the following technical requirement : Unix commands Unix scripting Oracle SQL and PL SQL WebSphere/tomcat Autosys MQ/CFT/EFT Windows Servers English require. French an asset Assets : Kubernetes (good to have) Dynatrace (good to have)
Divers :
- Schedule is based on a rotation - 4 shifts (morning, regular, Late, EOD). Morning shift will start at 8am. EOD shift will end at about 9pm.
