Your Contribution:

Under the supervision of Francis Duval, and working closely with Lola, Stacie, Sharanya, Charles-Antoine, Nancy and Vanessa, the Talent Acquisition Technician plays a key role in operational support of the recruitment process.

He/she collaborates closely with recruiters, managers and internal partners all across Canada, in both languages (French and English) to ensure smooth and efficient candidate experience, while respecting the quality standards and recruitment deadlines specific to the engineering sector.

To perform this role the technician will need to be working from the Ottawa office at least 2 days per week.

Your main responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate interviews (by phone, virtual, or in person) with managers and recruiters across Canada.
  • Perform initial screening of resumes based on pre-established criteria.
  • Maintain application management software databases by creating or managing applications (Icims).
  • Post jobs on certain platforms such as university and college websites or professional associations.
  • Actively participate in certain campus and professional recruitment events.
  • Prepare and send job offers in collaboration with Human Resources Shared Services.
  • Follow up with candidates and managers as needed.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Director from an administrative and logistical perspective
  • Perform pre-employment checks (references, background, etc.).
  • Collaborate on the continuous improvement of talent acquisition practice.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and manager experience that is consistent with Englobe's values.

Your Profile:

What makes you unique

  • College diploma in administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment support or HR coordination.
  • Knowledge of the engineering sector or technical environments (a significant asset).
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) required.
