OPPORTUNITY
As part of its continued growth, Fengate is seeking a Graphic & Presentation Designer to join our Communications & Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an intermediate-level designer who enjoys creating polished, professional visuals in a fast-paced corporate environment. In this role, you’ll transform complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories while sharpening your presentation design, data visualization, and storytelling skills along the way. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, refine your craft through constructive feedback, and produce work that directly influences client conversations and business decisions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design compelling presentations for client meetings, pitchbooks, conferences, and internal communications that tell a clear, visually engaging story

Develop impactful visual assets including infographics, charts, diagrams, and data visualizations that elevate complex information while aligning with brand standards

Create a wide range of print and digital materials, including brochures, ads, social media graphics, event and web banners, invitations, illustrations, Canva templates, and PowerPoint decks

Maintain company websites to ensure a polished, user-friendly, and consistently on-brand experience

Refine designs based on feedback, delivering high-quality visuals that meet stakeholder expectations

Ensure all design work is thoughtful, visually appealing, and consistent with brand identity

Manage and organize a creative library of photos, media, and graphics for efficient access and use

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating ideas into cohesive, impactful design solutions that support business objectives.
Requirements
KEY QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of design experience, ideally in a corporate or agency setting

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)

Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography, with an eye for detail and aesthetics

Creative problem-solver who can transform complex concepts into clear, visually compelling designs

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively

Highly organized and deadline-driven, with strong time management and a commitment to excellence
-
Open to feedback and continuous improvement, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism

Self-motivated and proactive, thriving both independently and in a team environment

Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools and technologies to stay ahead in design trends.
