Job Title: IBMS (Operative BMS)– Techno-Functional Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (2-3 Days WFO) Job Type: Long-term Contract
Role Descriptions: Provide L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS (Operative BMS) in a helpdesk environment Troubleshoot issues in scheduling| ad sales| traffic| and billing modules Handle incidents| service requests| and user queries via ticketing tools Perform SQL-based database troubleshooting| data validation| and fixes Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and system integration issues Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure SLA adherence Support user access| configurations| and minor enhancements Work closely with sales| traffic| finance| and technical teams
