###What You Will Do

####Retail & Product Coordination

• Support sourcing of retail products, promotional items, and branded merchandise aligned with brand standards
• Coordinate ordering and replenishment of inventory across spa and resort locations
• Assist with the rollout of new retail products and seasonal launches
• Maintain product information, pricing, and vendor details within inventory systems

####Inventory Management & Reporting

• Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure availability across locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support retail reporting
• Assist with sales tracking and basic reporting to support business insights

####Merchandising & Brand Execution

• Coordinate retail displays and merchandising standards across Nordic Spa locations
• Support visual presentation guidelines to ensure consistent brand expression
• Assist with merchandising updates during product launches and seasonal changes

####Uniform & Brand Materials Coordination

• Support uniform ordering, inventory, and distribution across properties
• Coordinate branded materials and select décor elements
• Maintain records related to uniform allocation and brand assets

####Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with property teams, operations leaders, and brand partners
• Support retail programs, brand activations, and project coordination
• Assist with communication across multiple locations

###What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, merchandising, marketing, hospitality, or a related field
• Experience supporting inventory management, product ordering, or retail coordination
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools (Excel or similar)
• Comfortable working with numbers, inventory tracking, and sales data
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and locations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

###Working Conditions

This role operates in a fast-paced environment supporting retail and brand initiatives across multiple Nordic Spa locations. Periods of increased activity may occur during product launches, seasonal updates, and merchandising rollouts. Based in our Calgary downtown office, this role requires regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and may involve occasional travel to spa locations across Canada and the United States.
