Shift: Continental Nights (1900-0700)

Pay Rate: $19.89/hour

This site beautifully combines Toronto's historical charm with contemporary innovation, and we're looking for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will leverage their strong communication, organization, and leadership skills to manage site operations efficiently, respond to incidents, and ensure a secure, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the activities of security personnel during assigned shifts.
• Monitor and operate CCTV systems, access control platforms, and communication networks to maintain situational awareness.
• Respond promptly to emergency incidents, including fire alarms, medical situations, and access violations.
• Generate and review daily activity reports (DAR), incident reports, and ensure documentation accuracy using Perspective Application.
• Perform audits of radios, keys, and camera systems to ensure all equipment is functional and accounted for.
• Provide superior customer service to tenants, visitors, and building management.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of fire safety plans, evacuation procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Ensure high performance and professionalism among team members, fostering a positive, accountable workplace.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Skilled in daily and incident report writing (DAR) using Perspective Application.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Sound understanding of fire safety plans and emergency evacuation procedures.
• Authorized to work in Canada.

• Fire Alarm Systems: Simplex Fire (global/sprinkler/node bypass)
