SCHEDULE:
- 32 to 40 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday / Monday to Friday
- No weekends or evenings
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate information
- Process payments and insurance submissions
- Coordinate treatment schedules with the dental team
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support overall clinic flow and patient experience
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous dental reception or dental administration experience preferred
- Experience with Power Practice is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in a busy clinic environment
