About the role
As a Business Intelligence Analyst for the Logistic data domain at BRP, you will play a key role in transforming the company by delivering impactful Data Products to our Logistics teams and leadership.
In this high-visibility role, you will partner with business stakeholders to identify reporting and analytical needs, turning raw data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with other data specialists to maximize value and create reporting solutions that drive decision-making.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Work closely with a cross-functional team (data architects, engineers, BI developers) dedicated to logistic priorities.
Lead and participate in business-facing meetings to gather requirements and recommend reporting/analytics solutions.
Transform and optimize data using SQL for reporting and analysis.
Prioritize tasks in an agile environment, maintaining a forward-looking roadmap for new data products.
Develop a deep understanding of BRP’s transportation processes to deliver relevant insights.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or Business Analysis.
3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SQL.
Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar visualization tools.
Basic understanding of Data Modeling principles.
Experience in logistics or related processes (asset).
Proven ability to document, analyze, and validate business requirements.
Familiarity with SAP and its ecosystem (asset).
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Experience with agile methodology and backlog management (asset).
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent business acumen and storytelling skills using data.
Detail-oriented, passionate about quality, and enthusiastic about new technologies.
