Complementing these healthcare teams, is our Health Equity and Engagement Department, strategically addressing the diverse social determinants of health.
Within the medical clinic, we offer a holistic approach to healthcare. Our team consists of nine Family Physicians (7 FTE) and two Nurse Practitioners (1.0FTE), ensuring personalized care for every patient. Supported by four nurses (LPNs, RNs), two counsellors (RCCs), and one social worker, we prioritize the well-being of our patients. Our dedicated team, is on-site daily for 9am to 5pm, benefiting from an approximate 1:1 ratio of MOAs to FPs. We take pride in offering active mentorship through peer group support and weekly meetings. Opportunities for 1:1 mentorship can be negotiated.
Our clinic is designed for both efficiency and comfort. Each physician enjoys a dedicated exam room per shift, and the clinic has a total of nine rooms.
