The Ottawa Hospital (TOH) is one of Canada's largest learning and research multi-campus hospitals. With more than 1,100 beds and approximately 12,000 staff members, we deliver specialized care to the Eastern Ontario region.

Rotation/Shifts Days, evenings and nights, including weekends, 8 hour shifts.

Basic Requirements
- University degree or a three year college diploma in behavioral sciences, psychology or other health related discipline;
- Knowledge and understanding of brain injury and rehabilitation;
- Knowledge, understanding, skills and ability to apply behavioural analysis and intervention techniques to brain injured clients;
- Excellent oral and written communication, social, problem-solving skills, judgment, flexibility and initiative;
- Well developed organizational, listening and observational skills, ability to make effective decisions, analyze contradictory information, manage multiple tasks and activities concurrently and make sound recommendations as required;
- Training and experience in crisis prevention and intervention;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting;
- First Aid and CPR certificates;
- Eligible to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft software programs (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
