Site Lead / Project Manager
Location: Remote (PST Hours)
Contract Length: 12 Months
About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Lead / Project Manager to support the onboarding and deployment of digital health solutions across a large healthcare environment. This role will focus on coordinating site activations, engaging stakeholders, managing project delivery, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience for healthcare providers and clinical teams.
The successful candidate will work closely with clinics, hospital staff, physicians, operational leaders, and technology partners to drive implementation activities from planning through execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned healthcare project manager who enjoys stakeholder engagement, site deployments, and delivering technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead site onboarding and deployment activities to achieve project objectives within established timelines and scope. Coordinate implementation efforts across clinics, healthcare providers, operational teams, and technology partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sites and stakeholders. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and project documentation. Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder consultations. Provide regular project updates to leadership and governance groups. Support issue resolution and escalation management throughout implementation activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support additional projects as required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Project Management, Healthcare, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of project management experience within a healthcare environment. Experience leading implementations, deployments, or onboarding activities for digital health or clinical technology solutions. Proven experience working with physicians, clinical teams, operational stakeholders, executives, and external vendors. Strong project planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within a Health Authority or large healthcare organization. Experience supporting EMR, EHR, eReferral, eOrdering, clinical information systems, or healthcare technology deployments. Familiarity with healthcare transformation and digital health initiatives. Knowledge of OceanMD, EMR, or CIS platforms is considered a strong asset. Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare environments.
