As the exclusive Canadian distribution partner of Croma-Pharma GmbH, we bring the Saypha portfolio of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, the first MDR, FDA, and Health Canada approved dermal fillers available in Canada, alongside Magic Needle Cannulas and Mesbio Needles.
The Opportunity: Are you a proven sales leader looking for a role where building and developing a team matters as much as delivering numbers? Renellence is looking to connect with a District Business Manager to lead our field commercial team as we launch and grow the Saypha portfolio across Canada.
This is a leadership seat, not a larger territory. You will own district performance, build and coach a team of Account Managers, and translate national strategy into disciplined field execution, all while keeping the patient and the injector experience at the centre of every decision. It is an opportunity to shape how a premium European brand is brought to the Canadian market, and to grow alongside the portfolio as it expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the field team. Attract, retain, develop, engage, lead, and coach a team of Account Managers across the district, creating a motivational atmosphere where development, autonomy, and high performance are valued.
- Own district performance. Deliver district sales targets across the full Saypha portfolio, building and managing accurate forecasts, monitoring territory performance, and intervening early where results are off plan.
- Translate strategy into execution. Convert national brand strategy into a clear district plan, ensuring each territory has thoughtful business plans that reflect local market dynamics and customer priorities.
- Coach in the field. Conduct regular field coaching and ride-alongs, observing customer interactions and developing each Account Manager's selling, clinical fluency, and account planning capability.
- Develop key relationships. Support the team in identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with KOLs, speakers, and high-value accounts, and personally engage at the most senior level where it advances the district.
- Drive accountability. Establish clear performance standards, run a disciplined cadence of one on ones and business reviews, and manage performance fairly and consistently.
- Steward the brand. Represent Renellence and the Saypha portfolio with the professionalism and clinical integrity that define our position as a premium Canadian distributor.
- Partner cross functionally. Work closely with clinical training, marketing, and commercial leadership to align field execution with portfolio launches and customer demand.
Qualifications Education and Experience
- A post-secondary degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Five or more years of medical aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales experience, with a proven record of top performance.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, formal or informal, including coaching, mentoring, or managing field sales talent.
- Established relationships within the Canadian medical aesthetics community are a strong asset. Leadership Competencies
- A track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to read a district, set priorities, and reallocate effort where it drives results.
- Comfort holding direct reports accountable while keeping them engaged and motivated.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external customers.
- Proficiency with CRM and the discipline to drive its consistent use across the team. Key In-Field Competencies
- Clinical fluency with dermal fillers and the confidence to coach injectors and Account Managers on the science behind the portfolio.
- A consultative, customer-centred selling style that keeps the patient and the injector experience at the centre.
- Sound judgment in the field, with the ability to navigate competitive and pricing pressure without discounting the brand.
- Willingness to travel across the district, with overnight travel as required.
