What this role is all about:
Through comprehensive advisory experience, you increase members’ financial confidence by helping them achieve their financial goals. You provide the appropriate advisory service and make the necessary referrals to ensure the members’ needs are met. You are responsible for creating and executing business plans that grow your book of business. You are results oriented and are responsible for meeting and/or exceeding the specific individual portfolio growth targets while contributing to the success of Beem as a whole. You are entrepreneurial in spirit and implement retention strategies with value added activities. You proactively network with a diverse range of members focusing on developing and acquiring those with a high investment complexity as influenced by market locations and perform other duties as assigned.
What you’ll do:
- Build partnerships by effectively communicating with employees and members and accessing the needed information to meet needs.
- Through the provision of willing & capable help, reducing member effort and creating opportunities for learning and education, meet member needs and build excellent, loyal relationships over time.
- Application of techniques and people strategies for guiding and implementing change.
- Promote quality work through effective contribution to, and support for, team efforts to accomplish the objectives of the team as a whole.
- Promote and encourage self-service channel options when appropriate to make banking easier for managed accounts.
- Deliver on service standards around pro-active calls to managed accounts.
- Work as part of an integrated branch and multi-channel team to proactively support others.
- Follow Beem's business model when referring members, preparing for meetings and asking questions.
What you’ll bring:
- 4-6 years of job-related experience in a financial sales and service environment.
- High School diploma plus (1) year of formal post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess a Mutual Funds License.
What you’ll gain:
- The starting salary for this position is $58,112.08 per annum.
