HOURLY RATE – Starts at $21.43 FLEX, YEAR-ROUND Potential For Health And Dental Benefits EXPECTED HOURS:

  • Average of 3 shifts per week (some weekends required)
  • 8:30am to 5:00pm

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? The Administrative Coordinator is part of the Homeowner Services team, and exemplifies our culture of creating revolutionary guest experiences, contributing positively toward uniting the team around purpose and fun.

The purpose of this role is to act as a liaison for Homeowners to connect them with Blue Mountain services and resources in areas like Housekeeping, Maintenance and Accounting.

  • Addressing inquiries and concerns in a courteous, professional manner, while providing exceptional customer service and follow-up.
  • Communicating with homeowners regularly about requests, reservations, complaints, resort questions and loyalty program.
  • Managing and maintaining homeowner reservations in operating software (SMS and Owner Relations).
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date homeowner records, files, and databases (electronic and hard copy).
  • Preparing and distributing correspondence, invoices, payments, and updates related to resort news, events, and promotions to homeowners.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Lodging/ Hospitality, Guest Services, Real Estate or Property Management
  • Exceptional customer service skills; energetic, friendly, cheerful attitude
  • Professional, high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate computer knowledge; Word, excel, and outlook essential
  • Knowledge of SMS and Owner Relations software an asset
  • This role is being posted to fill a vacant position
