Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our warehouse operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers while also handling administrative and data-related tasks that support daily warehouse functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly and effectively, demonstrates enthusiasm and a proactive mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
**Location:**Mississauga, Ontario
**Schedule:**Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the customer-facing service representative for assigned customer accounts, supporting daily inquiries regarding inbound receipts and returns, outbound order processing, inventory, and shipping, ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience

Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner via phone and email

Investigate and resolve customer issues, concerns and complaints by identifying root cause and solutions, and provide timely and consistent follow-up until resolved

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through a solid understanding of the CCLS services and customer business requirements, and provide courteous, efficient, and proactive service

Collaborate and communicate clearly and effectively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and management. Ensure customer needs, receipt, and order prioritization, and fulfillment exceptions are communicated to all appropriate parties

Communicate all escalated service issues and customer concerns with a sense of urgency to the appropriate supervisors and manager(s) promptly

Identify recurring customer inquiries, concerns, and/or service issues and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Monitor receipts, customer orders, and inventory using the CCLS WMS (warehouse management system) and other internal systems
-
Perform administrative duties, including accurate data entry, updating logs, templates, and reports, as required
-
Maintain and update records using MS Office applications such as Microsoft Excel and other internal CCLS systems

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and correspondence with internal team members and external customers

Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards when interacting with customers, vendors, and carriers

Participate in various internal and customer-facing meetings as required.
Work Environment
- Office-based role within a warehouse environment
- May require occasional time on the warehouse floor
- Fast-paced setting with fluctuating order volumes
Qualifications & Core Competencies
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a 3PL logistics, warehouse, or operations environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused mindset
- Experience working in an e-commerce, retail or wholesale fulfillment environment is an asset
- Familiarity with transportation services is an asset
