This role may collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to gather market research and synthesize key performance indicators, building strategic action plans to improve operational outcomes. The role may conduct research and analysis of large datasets, identifying and addressing operational gaps and developing scalable fulfillment solutions. This role may lead process improvement projects, leverage data analytics for actionable insights, and set clear expectations and goals for team members, ensuring access to necessary resources and information to accomplish business initiatives.
The role may participate in all aspects of fulfillment operations, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivering orders through various channels. The role may drive the execution of business plans by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating priorities, and removing barriers to performance. By providing resources, measuring progress, and making adjustments as needed, the role may ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement.
This role may support digital change initiatives, promote new technology, and partner with operators to ensure the adoption of digital solutions. The role may collaborate on strategy execution, respond to changes in the retail environment, and provide recommendations for process improvement and digital product adoption. The role may also monitor compliance with company policies and support the company’s mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
The role may develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a skilled workforce, support mentorship and workforce development, and cultivate an environment of respect and integrity. The role may also build partnerships and networks to maximize business goals and support community outreach and associate engagement initiatives.
