As the SNR Account Manager for this unique Inhouse Creative Studio, which blends the best of Agency and In house, your number one mission will be to drive impact.
From day one, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing overseeing high-performing teams, manage complex projects, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient delivery. What you’ll do in a day: • Build strong relationships with local brand leadership and drive adoption of global content services. • Manage content requests using a Jira-based tool, assigning tasks to both on and offshore teams in partnership with the Content Delivery Manager (CDM). • Oversee timely, high-quality content delivery, ensuring clear communication and continuous feedback with stakeholders. • Act as the main contact between local teams, offshore production, and stakeholders for seamless project execution. • Lead complex projects, balancing stakeholder needs ad production capacity to meet deadlines • Drive change management for new content solutions, ensuring smooth market implementation. • Analyze service metrics to identify gaps and implement strategies for improved efficiency and client satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with all company policies and operational frameworks (MLR/PAAB)
What you bring:
Strong background in digital marketing, particularly in managing omnichannel campaigns.
Experience with PAAB submissions is required
Familiarity with Agile methodologies to drive efficient and adaptive project management.
A Bachelor’s degree in design, communication, marketing, computer science or a related
Basic design knowledge (e.g., Photoshop, Figma, video editing)
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse global teams.
