The Role:
The Sales Support Specialist supports the day-to-day needs of our Sales team and will have a wide range of responsibilities. This fast-paced environment requires an individual that is a proven multitasker, someone who can prioritize their responsibilities while in an ever-changing environment. If you have a hunger to learn and want to grow into a career in sales, we would like to hear from you! We are willing to train the right person and show them what it takes to be successful in this exciting field!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide an exceptional customer experience as the first point of contact and beyond.

Accurately enter customer orders—including cancellations, return authorizations, and change requests—into the ERP system (SAP).
-
Ensure timely and precise processing of customer orders.
-
Engage with customers to provide accurate product information, promptly address their concerns, monitor emerging issues, take immediate action when possible, and escalate matters when necessary.

Respond to operational inquiries and participate in calls with customers and the Sales team.

Coordinate and fulfill ad-hoc customer requests, ensuring completion meets defined expectation
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Post-secondary education in business administration or marketing management, or 1-2 years customer support experience in a busy sales environment with a strong interest in pursuing your career in this field.

Strong communications skills with a customer-first focus.
-
Thrives on being organized with great follow-through, attention to details, and high motivation.
-
Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
-
Hands on experience within an ERP system, preferably with SAP knowledge, and working knowledge with Salesforce. Training will be provided.

Strong computer skills with a focus on Excel.
-
Must be able to work flexible hours (including weekly evening meetings with international customers and/or team in Asia).
