About the Role:
This entry-level role will gather product requirements, write documentation, interview customers, and organize the team to ensure we are moving in one direction. You will work directly with our product team and other areas of the business, learning the basics of working in a high-performing software development team. While no work experience is required, our ideal candidate is organized and has excellent writing skills, is an effective communicator, and is always willing to try new things. You will own entire processes and products from start to finish under the guidance of an experienced product manager.
Who should apply:
This job is three days a week minimum in-office, either in our Toronto or Mississauga location. Do not apply to this role unless you are willing to commit to coming to the office.
We expect to move quickly and make mistakes, and you should be willing to take that same perspective, staying focused on results instead of process. Your responsibilities:

Writing professional product documentation

Writing product requirements

Organizing and managing Jira and agile development processes

Answering developer and customer questions about new features

Investigating and troubleshooting bugs

Planning product releases

Conducting product walkthroughs, demos, and webinars

Some travel may be required
