Job Description:
We’re looking for 3rd+ year students for our Workplace Services Coordinator Co-op position. In this role, you'll be responsible for retrieving and issuing lunch vouchers, assisting with space planning drawings in AutoCad and Revit, and coordinating interoffice moves. You'll also handle various facility requests and miscellaneous projects. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with different departments, and leverage your organizational skills to ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Do:
- Focus on construction-related project and space planning projects.
- Support projects for new office builds and offsite locations.
- Review drawings, understand stakeholder requirements, and assist with space planning in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Opportunity to coordinate interoffice moves and support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work both onsite and offsite as needed, including support for facility requests and miscellaneous projects.
About You:
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Education and/or experience in Facilities Management – preferably a corporate environment.
- Strong Computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing; e-mail), and Database experience an asset.
- Organizational skills including prioritizing and organizing tasks; time management (i.e. completing projects on time; working with short time frames).
Posting Details:
- Posting End Date: May 15, 2026
- What to expect: Qualified applicants will be required to complete a 1-way video interview and assessment no later than May 19th, 2026. Successful candidates to proceed with a formal 1:1 interview with the hiring teams.
- Work Term Duration: 4 month contract
