Position Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Medical Nutrition to lead the strategic development and execution of our adult and pediatric tube feeding portfolio in Canada. This role plays a critical part in shaping Healthcare Professional (HCP) and patient centric brand experiences, driving innovation, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth across institutional, community, retail, and eCommerce channels.

A day in the life of a Marketing Manager, Medical Nutrition:

  • Lead the development and execution of 18-month Integrated Commercial Plans (ICP) and 3-year Market Business Strategies (MBS) for adult and pediatric tube feeding portfolios.
  • Translate deep patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional (HCP) insights into compelling brand strategies and value propositions.
  • Drive margin-enhanced market share growth and brand health, measured through NNS, organic growth, marginal contribution, and market share.
  • Lead PFME deployment, ensuring strong ROI and effective resource allocation.
  • Co-develop and deliver an aligned 5-year Innovation & Renovation (I&R) plan, accountable for launch excellence and innovation impact.
  • Develop and implement integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns for HCPs and patients, aligned with Brand Essence and Medical Nutrition platforms.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital & eCommerce, and global marketing teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Propose and manage pricing and promotion strategies across institutional, community, DTC, and reimbursement channels.
  • Act as a strategic brand owner, providing influence and guidance across cross-functional teams without direct reports.

What will make you successful?

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, consumer health, OTC, or other regulated categories.
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a Science-related field (MBA or healthcare background considered an asset).
  • Strong command of marketing fundamentals (4Ps, brand planning, integrated communications).
  • Proven experience managing multi-brand, multi-channel, and multi-audience marketing strategies (patients, caregivers, HCPs).
  • Demonstrated ability to turn market, consumer, and financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally on complex, strategic initiatives with high visibility.
  • Knowledge of Canadian healthcare channels (acute care, long-term care, community care, pharmacies) is an asset.
