Position Overview:
LawDepot is currently expanding and looking to recruit a Project Coordinator in Edmonton, Alberta. In this role, you will partner with the Sr. Manager of UX Optimization to lead projects that improve the usability and performance of our digital products, directly impacting millions of users worldwide. You will play a hands-on role in shaping key UX initiatives, streamlining internal processes, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities in office or hybrid.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of UX Optimization to support high-priority initiatives and reduce workload bottlenecks
- Manage ongoing projects, including task breakdown, prioritization, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery across multiple teams
- Communicate key project updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
- Champion your projects by providing guidance, clarifications, and insights to ensure alignment with the intended vision
- Identify, prioritize, and implement improvements to internal tools, workflows, and processes to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate effectively with designers, writers, developers, QA analysts and other subject matter experts to deliver high-quality solutions
- Utilize project management software and ensure all required updates are documented effectively
- Develop and maintain project backlogs with a focus on driving measurable business results
- Partner with agile development teams to deliver functionality that supports business objectives
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, Library and Information Studies, or other relevant fields
- Proven ability to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-team projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Experience implementing solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making skills
