Responsibilities for High Profile Residential Security Guard

Maintain a professional and highly visible security presence at assigned residential properties. Conduct regular patrols and monitor the surrounding area for unusual or suspicious activity. Observe approaching vehicles and individuals while reporting any security concerns. Monitor access points and report unauthorized entry attempts. Maintain detailed logs and complete accurate incident reports. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations. Coordinate with GardaWorld Operations, supervisors, emergency responders, and authorized personnel when required. Preserve scene integrity during incidents until additional resources arrive. Operate assigned company vehicles when required and conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments, residents, visitors, and daily operations.

Qualifications for High Profile Residential Security Guard

Valid BC Security Worker Licence

Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence Clean Driver's Abstract Minimum 10 years of residency in Canada Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance Basic First Aid certification or higher Advanced Security Training (AST) Certification  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong professionalism and customer service abilities Ability to remain calm, confident, and composed in fast-paced environments Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
