About the role
The Role We are excited to open our brand-new wellness center in Toronto, and we’re looking for a Spa Receptionist to be part of this launch. As the first face clients see, you’ll create a warm and professional welcome, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. You'll manage check-ins, guide clients at the start of their journey, and handle check-outs and payments with care. Your knowledge of our services and commitment to customer care will be essential in making every visit memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the company’s standards of luxury, glamour, warmth, energy, and accommodation.
- Possess a strong customer service mentality, with experience catering to high-end clientele.
- Display a friendly, energetic, outgoing, and personable demeanor.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills. Be able to listen to clients’ questions, anticipate their needs, and satisfy every inquiry.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work quickly and efficiently.
- Be courteous and respectful to visitors, clients, co-workers, and managers.
- Take responsibility for the presentation and appearance of the reception area.
- Build gift packages for clients and perform other tasks as needed.
- Operate the company’s unique reservation system.
Who You Are
- 2 years of experience providing direct customer service in the hospitality, fitness or wellness industries is required.
- Experience in a luxury business and/or spa preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling according to business needs.
- Organized and capable of following detailed instructions.
- Being bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.

Toronto Location: Amidst the timeless charm of Toronto’s Fashion District, AIRE finds its home in a historic Edwardian Classicism building, once the office and warehouse of the Copp Clark publishing company. Built in 1912 and later designated a heritage site, its original wood structure and towering pillars remain, preserving the character of its storied past that once held the art of printing and now embraces the art of relaxation.
Honoring its literary and industrial past, the space is adorned with vintage books, printing presses, which are subtle echoes of its history. AIRE Toronto offers a unique experience with a dry sauna and a Palestra, an indoor/outdoor bath area seamlessly connected to the interior through two jet baths, creating a tranquil escape where past and present merge in perfect harmony.

AIRE Ancient Baths are temples dedicated to the creation of the ultimate relaxation experience, where time does not exist. Inspired by the tradition of baths from ancient Roman, Greek and Ottoman civilizations, the AIRE Experience always takes place in restored historical buildings in the centre of globally acclaimed cities.
We strive to create spaces and moments meant to balance and relax the body and mind, following ancient traditions of well-being. Using water as our key element, accompanied by sets of treatments and massages, curated to pursue and cherish a lifestyle of stillness and enjoyment. We have grown exponentially, under the basis of creating an immersive experience, into a world of calm and ease. We were born out of the desire to link the pleasure of indulgence with the opportunity to bask in a different world.
From the atmosphere, the music, candle lit rooms, or the Orange Blossom scent present in each corner of AIRE, every little detail is meant for complete peace and wellbeing. AIRE is unique from any other experience, since it is based in restored historical buildings spread across the globe, which are fundamentally full of magic and luxury.
AIRE Ancient Baths has an international presence with 8 established AIRE Locations in New York's Tribeca neighbourhood, Chicago, London, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Sevilla, Almeria and Vallromanes. We are already looking into the future and moving onwards, with our soon to be opened locations in the Upper East Side in New York, Toronto and Los Angeles. We are, once again, eager to take our philosophy of well-being and relaxation wherever we go.
