- Support ongoing enhancements to SAP Business One, including integrations, customizations, and backend configuration.
- Evaluate and implement automation opportunities using AI and improved system logic.
- Provide financial insights related to capital investments, warehouse efficiency, and technology improvements.

- Mentor and support a small, dedicated accounting team.
Qualifications
- Progressive accounting or finance experience, ideally in wholesale, distribution, or retail.
- Strong understanding of inventory-based businesses, foreign exchange, and margin management.
- Demonstrated experience with ERPs and data systems, ideally including SAP Business One, SQL queries, and reporting architecture.
- Confident working in the backend of systems and improving cross-platform data flow.
- Proficiency in Power BI and the ability to build dashboards that support decision-making.
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable. Comfortable doing the work and designing better ways of doing it.
- Clear communicator who can translate data and financial insight into actionable business strategy.
- Tech-curious with a desire for continuous learning and innovation.
- Committed to long-term stability and growth within the business.
