Job Title: Tour Operator Assistant (Remote)
Salary: $6,500 – $9,000 per month (weekly payments available) Job Type: Full-time/ Part time | Remote
Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Tour Operator Assistant to support daily travel operations and customer coordination. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who enjoys working in the travel and tourism industry and can manage multiple tasks efficiently from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist tour operators with planning, scheduling, and coordinating travel packages
Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone to provide tour details and support
Manage bookings, reservations, and travel documentation
Update tour schedules, itineraries, and internal records
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers when needed
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organized records
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Basic knowledge of travel/tourism operations is a plus
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online booking systems
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
