About the role

Description

Dye & Durham is proud to hold a contract with ICBC for the process serving of Red light camera tickets since the program’s inception since 1997. The Intersection Camera Program Data Entry Clerk is involved in all aspects of administration of the ITCU program.

The Data Entry clerk is responsible for the efficient management of Red-Light Camera ticket-related processes, client communication, and coordination with various stakeholders. This role involves ensuring the proper service and tracking of tickets, maintaining strong relationships with clients, targets, and enforcement officers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter ticket details into our computer system accurately and efficiently.

  • Sorting incoming and outgoing tickets ensuring they are processed in a timely manner

  • Engage regular communication with ICBC contacts, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.

  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication with Enforcement Officers to ensure the successful service of tickets to targets

  • Conducting research to identify and locate targets for ticket service.

  • Collaborate with individuals to gather information and facilitate access to locations for ticket. delivery.

  • Ensure completed ticket services are matched with respective banners

  • Enter billing information into our system in order to create client invoices.

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with our clients, targets, and Enforcement Officers via various means of communication (i.e. in-person visits, calling, e-mailing, etc.)

  • Providing assistance and support to other team members as required to ensure smooth operation of ticketing process.

  • Providing over the top customer service to both internal and external clients

  • Participating in learning and development opportunities

  • Promoting and personally demonstrating the Company's core values when dealing with employees, clients, and other business stakeholders

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for ticket processing and invoicing
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Fluency in a second language an asset
