Location: Etobicoke, ON Job Type: Full-time (Part-time may be considered) Salary: $18.00–$21.00 per hour Join Our Team! Seasons Property Management is looking for a motivated, organized, and experienced Office Administrator & Bookkeeper to join our growing team in Etobicoke. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with accounting duties and takes pride in maintaining an organized and efficient office. Experience in property management is considered a strong asset. Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general correspondence. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and contractors. Schedule appointments and assist with day-to-day office activities. Order office supplies and help maintain an efficient workplace. Bookkeeping & Accounting Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. Perform bank and account reconciliations. Process payroll accurately and on schedule. Assist with month-end reporting and prepare financial reports. Maintain organized accounting records and support year-end accounting requirements. Ensure financial information is accurate and confidential. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping and/or office administration experience. QuickBooks experience is required. Experience in property management is preferred. Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently. Professional, punctual, dependable, and customer-service oriented. What We Offer Competitive hourly wage of $18.00–$21.00, based on experience. On-site parking.
