Nurse Team Lead - Medical Withdrawal Service
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN with exceptional clinical, leadership and communication skills for a full-time, temporary (12 months) Nurse Team Lead role. As one of three Team Leads in the Medical Withdrawal Service (MWS), you will report to the MWS Manager, and work collaboratively with the MWS and Addiction Program leadership groups. The Team Leads support leadership to anticipate needs on this 3-floor inpatient unit over time and collaborate with the unit’s interprofessional team to provide effective coordination of client/patient-centered care, consistent with CAMH’s vision and strategic directions. The Team Leads will work in tandem to assume responsibility for the communication, liaison and coordination of client/patient admissions, discharges, transfers, and appointments during the assigned shifts and for future shifts as appropriate.
