Job Description

As a Deployment Specialist, your primary objective will be to support clinic staff in adopting our web-based electronic medical record system, MYLE. Your role is essential to ensuring a successful implementation tailored to the unique needs and requirements of each clinic. You will play a key role within the integration team, directly influencing clinical processes and providing personalized support to each client.

Under the supervision of your team lead, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that welcomes new clients and guides them through the adoption of our care management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the integration team to identify the specific needs of new clients.
    Participate in project deployments by adapting your approach based on the size and complexity of each project, using specialized tools.

  • Design and deliver structured training programs tailored to both medical and administrative staff.
    Lead interactive training sessions to address user questions.

  • Plan and configure the technological infrastructure required for the deployment of MEDFAR products.
    Develop digital clinical processes that maximize the efficiency of the MYLE product.

  • Create engaging presentations and prepare detailed project reports.
    Implement corrective and preventive measures to support continuous improvement of clinical workflows.

  • Contribute to any other related tasks that support project success and client satisfaction.
    The main workplace is located in Quebec, but frequent travel is required, including to other Canadian provinces where MEDFAR operates.

  • The ideal candidate must be bilingual (French and English).

  • This role requires a high level of mobility and comfort with frequent travel.

  • A strong sense of proactivity and responsibility is crucial for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Postsecondary degree in health, education, health technologies, project management, or another relevant field, or equivalent experience.
    Between 6 months and 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
    Excellent customer service mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to show empathy.
    Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written. Team spirit, versatility, and flexibility.

Working Conditions

  • Permanent role (40 hours/week)

  • Frequent travel by car (and occasionally by plane), depending on weekly needs.

  • Flexible schedule and high availability to travel throughout Quebec, eastern Ontario and the Ottawa region.
