We're actively seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager who can strategically drive new business, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and methodologies to automate and amplify outbound sales efforts.

Your Impact You won’t simply sell services, you’ll strategically build Punchcard’s future client base and revenue growth.

Lead Generation & AI-Powered Prospecting

  • Proactively generate and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outbound sales activities.
  • Leverage AI-driven automation tools (Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-powered sequencing and outreach) to multiply your effectiveness and streamline your sales pipeline.
  • Conduct focused research and strategically build qualified opportunities in key industries, including Construction, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail, Education, and Mid-Market IT.

Strategic Client Engagement

  • Expertly communicate Punchcard’s unique value proposition around Digital Workplace Solutions, Custom App Development, and AI-enabled automation solutions.
  • Conduct discovery calls as a consultative partner, helping clients clearly understand how Punchcard solves their pressing business and technology challenges.
  • Build authentic, lasting relationships that demonstrate empathy, insight, and trust.

Own Your Sales Process

  • Independently manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, close, and seamless handoff to the delivery team.
  • Deliver compelling, insightful proposals tailored to each client’s strategic objectives and technology roadmap.

CRM, Reporting & Insights

  • Maintain meticulous records of interactions and pipeline activity using CRM tools.
  • Actively report sales performance and market insights, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Collaboration & Expert Generalist Mindset

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Delivery, and Leadership, applying a broad perspective to align sales strategies and refine service offerings.
  • Approach sales opportunities with intellectual curiosity and strategic creativity, seeing beyond the immediate deal toward lasting, high-value client relationships.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in a high-performance business development or sales role.
  • Proven track record of driving and exceeding sales quotas through strategic, targeted prospecting and outreach.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI-based sales automation tools (Apollo, HubSpot sequences, Copilot-driven outreach, etc.).
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Services (365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform).
  • Exceptional consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt, think strategically, and navigate complex client environments.
  • An Expert Generalist approach: intellectually curious, strategically minded, and deeply customer-focused.
  • Bonus: Experience selling Consulting or Custom Technology Solutions.
