Responsibilities:

• Handle daily and monthly billing of trucking charges.
• Submit bi-weekly payroll.
• Process monthly Visa expense reports for drivers doing overnight trucking.
• Manage work boot reimbursements.
• Ensure all current annual oversized permits are up to date.
• Coordinate with local municipalities for any additional annual or single trip permits required.
• Ensure drivers' ELDs are working accurately by reviewing daily/weekly reports from Geotab.
• Order new Geotab tracking devices and handle replacements as needed.
• Provide Geotab support, including addressing driver questions, resetting passwords, and making ELD adjustments.
• Initially manage Geotab/ELD for Central Trucking with potential expansion to all service vehicles and drivers.
• Prepare and manage trucking quotes as necessary.
• Provide backup support for dispatcher during vacations, sick days, etc.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the logistics or trucking industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using administrative and fleet management software.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with ELD (Electronic Logging Device) systems and Geotab if preferred.
• Familiarity with permit coordination and vehicle registration processes would be an asset.
