The Role
TMA Systems is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding sales team. This is a professional role focused on outbound lead generation and developing quality early-stage sales opportunities across TMA’s entire portfolio of solutions.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will leverage industry-leading tools—such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong- to connect with target accounts, uncover needs, and drive the pipeline for Account Executives.
Your mission: create meaningful outreach, build trust with decision-makers, and generate interest that opens the door to deeper solution conversations across the full suite of TMA offerings.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct 75–100 quality outbound calls per day to prospects in target accounts.
- Execute structured multi-channel outbound sequences using LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Start conversations that uncover needs, challenges, and interest in any TMA solution.
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and the Business Development Manager to refine messaging, document activities, share insights, and continuously improve outreach.
- Stay informed on industry trends and the breadth of TMA’s product ecosystem to position solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or another customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with decision-makers.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and motivated by measurable goals.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools is an asset.
- Experience in facilities/operations management, education, healthcare, government, or manufacturing industries is considered a plus.
- Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B technology strongly preferred.
