Schedule: Part-time – 3-4 days/week (variable) (possibility of more depending on needs)
Shift: Day
Salary: $27 to $31/hour, depending on experience

You will be responsible for assisting the medical and nursing staff in the preparation, care, and monitoring of patients in the operating room and recovery room, while ensuring a safe environment that complies with hygiene and safety standards.
Your role Under the supervision of the operating room manager, you will play a key role in the quality and safety of care provided to our patients.
- Prepare the operating room by ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of equipment
- Assist with patient positioning and mobilization in the operating room and recovery room
- Greet and accompany patients before, during, and after their procedure
- Assist medical staff
- Participate in cleaning the operating room between cases
- Strictly adhere to Basic protocols, standards, and practices
- Participate in managing medical equipment and supplies inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in related tasks (laundry, maintenance, condo, etc.)
Requirements Required profile
- Experience as a beneficiary attendant in the operating room is required
- Knowledge of hygiene and sterilization protocols in operating rooms
- Ability to work in a team, with rigor and a sense of service
- Good physical condition and adaptability

- Organizational skills, resourcefulness, empathy, and respect
- Team player, reliability, and good communication
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt to change
